YouTube Layout Hop---July Sketch

Hello Creative Friends,
I wanted to pop in and share the July YouTube Layout Hop Video. YouTube Layout Hop is a group of creative designer who get together each month a create a layout based on a theme. If you would like to be apart of this fun team you can join the group on Facebook here. I haven't joined the girls and guys in a while and I was so excited when I could get this layout done of my sweet Liana. You see that she loved playing under our dinner table. The kit I used is from Back Porch Memories. They no longer sale kits but their are many other kit clubs.  To see more photos of my layout view video!

Thank You For Everything

Hello Creative Friends,
Happy Monday to you all. I pray everyone in the USA enjoyed their 4 of July.
I totally enjoyed mines and I have lots of fun pictures of my family on the beach and I can't wait to scrapbook them. Today I wanted to share this fun card using the negatives die cut pieces from Neat & Tangled "Tiny Triangles" die. My sentiment is from Neat & Tangled "Giving Tree" stamp set. Its a great idea/clever way to use these little triangles. I want to share a picture of the die its self so you can see how it looks.

For my card I want it to have a shaker look but without all the hassle of creating it. I wanted the piece to be steady but still moved around. To achieve this look I used the plastic wrap from a stamp package. With this method you don't have to create a frame and I like how each piece is clumped together and not sitting at the bottom. It give it this amazing geometric look. And because I wanted this to be for a guy I think the colors, look and design is perfect. Its not over whelming and yet still cool. I simply add the die cut piece into the clear warp and cut where I wanted it to end and sealed it off. I glued the pocket down and add the black stripes to hide the glue. Can you say quick and easy? YES!! =)

Happy Crafting An'Jenic

Hey There

Good Morning Creative Friends,
Happy 4th of July to my USA Friends!!!
I'm so excited to be back to crafting. I had to take sometime off due to some personal reason. I'm here with a card using such a fun stamp set and oh so cute die by Neat & Tangled. I knew right away when released this box die I wanted to put this cute little guy into it and ship him off to a loved one. And I thought it would be cool to make him look as if he's popping out of the box . Ready to be held. =_) Well it couldn't have arrived at a better time. My brother girlfriend just moved to Orlando and they both have a love for cats and I figure I would send his girlfriend a "Welcome" card.

For my card I used copics and inks. I used Neat & Tangled "Box" die and "Meowwwww" stamp set. For the background I used a "Flower Pattern"stencil by Simon Says Stamp. I like that this stencil allows me to add a background design without it being too much and taken the focus off the cute cat and his toys inside the box. I'm entering this one into Neat & Tangle "Little Tangles" challenge. The challenge this month is die cutting.

Hey Friends!!
I hope your Wednesday is going as great as mines.

I had some time to pop in my craft room to create this fun card. I know were all looking for spring to come but today in my part of the world (USA, VA) its looking gloomy and its still cold out. And because I had to to look at a video that Kristina W created for the Online Card Class: Stretch Your Dies . I  recreate my card using the technique she share.

I love the leaves she use and deiced to use my leaves and word die by My Creative Time. And she used some really cool distress color. Because I wanted a realistic leave I decided to use more natural colors and then my glitter brush pen by Wink of Stella; because the leaves look boring and need more.

I really loved how this card turned out and it would be great to send this to anyone your grateful for or just grateful for the things they have done in your life. And lets face it... You not only grateful during the month of November where many of use reflect on or just because its Thanksgiving's or fall.  I know I'm grateful for a lot in my life.

Wrinkles Should..... Mark Twain

Hello Creative Friends!!!
I super excited to be able to pop in and  share a card using the newest stamp "Giving Tree" release by Neat and Tangled. This new set is the cutest and I was so over joy that I could at least create one card using this set. I love the tree stump with the heart in the center. I first thought I would do some coloring but then I've been seeing so many pretty cards use vellum that I just know I had to create my own card using vellum. I deiced color only the heart.

At first I was going to just glue the vellum to the kraft card stock and thought why not use pattern paper because it wouldn't be plan and then it hit me I have this beautiful flower paper by Gina K. Designs. And I know right way it would be perfect.
